Who Can Apply

Not everyone is eligible to do B.Com. You need to clear certain eligibility criteria that you need to fit into. This is the following criteria:

  • You need to have passed the 12th standard in the commerce stream
  • 12th standard graduates from other streams may also apply based on the discretion university and college.
  • The University have cut-off percentage is about 60%. You need to have scored more or equal to the cut-off percentage. Only then can you get admission. College keep reducing cut-off percentages till seats get full.
  • The University can grant direct admission irrespective of the candidate’s percentage.

Admission Process

Candidates who wish to apply for admission at Gujarat University admission 2023 can follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the admission form.

Step 1- Visit the official website of Gujarat University - gujaratuniversity.ac.in. On the home page click on the ‘Admission’ tab. Select the desired programme you want to apply for. Now click on the ‘New Registration’ option.

Step 2- Read all the instructions given on the screen carefully, and click on the ‘Next’ button. Now, fill in all the required details such as phone number, email address, complete address, date of birth, etc, and submit it.

Step 3- Candidates will now receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Upon successfully completing the registration process, candidates will receive the registration number and other details on the email and phone number. Now login again using the same registration number, serial number and pin.

Step 4- Now, enter the other details and previously qualified exam details. Upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format. Candidates who are applying for the PG programme also need to upload their UG mark sheet. Candidates now complete the choice-filling process by selecting their course and selecting at least one college. Once the GU admission form 2023 is completed save the form and take a printout of it for future reference.
