University of Mumbai, popularly known as Mumbai University, is one of the oldest and premier universities in India. It is recognized by the UGC and accredited with an A++ grade by the NAAC. Mumbai University has been ranked 45th among the top universities in India by NIRF Ranking 2022. MU has two main campuses- Vidyanagri & Fort and three sub-campuses at Ratnagiri, Thale, and Kalyan. The university has 56 Departments, 12 specialized Centres, and 781+ Affiliated Colleges. Mumbai University offers more than 200 UG, PG, and Doctoral, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses under the faculties of Arts, Commerce, Science, Technology, Law, Management, and Fine Arts. Apart from regular courses, it also offers Distance Learning programs from its Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL Mumbai University). Mumbai University admission is offered on the basis of merit or scores obtained in the entrance examinations. Candidates seeking admission to popular courses such as B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Text programs need to have a valid score in the MHT CET entrance examination.

Step 1- Go to the official website of Mumbai University- mu.ac.in and Applicants can now click on the official link mumoa.digitaluniversity.ac
Step 2- Click on the "Apply Online" and then ‘Register’ button
Step 3- Add the details such as: Name of candidates, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Email ID, Date of birth, Gender and Mobile number.
Step 4- Click on the ‘Submit’ button once all the details have been filled up in the form. After submitting the admission form of Mumbai University 2023, candidates need to log in using the username and password sent to the candidates after the Mumbai University registration process is over.
Online Manipal University conducts exams in the online mode that are remotely proctored through their enhanced digital learning platform.
The candidates will be provided admission in Mumbai University UG courses on the basis of their marks in the Class 12 exam.
