Gujarat University is recognized by the UGC and accredited with a ‘B++’ grade by NAAC. Gujarat University has been ranked 61st among the Top Universities in India by NIRF 2023. It is one of the oldest and largest universities in India with more than 3 lakh students. Gujarat University is an affiliating University at the undergraduate level and a teaching university at the postgraduate level. It has 235 colleges, 15 recognized institutions, and 24 approved institutions under its umbrella.

Gujarat University offers UG, PG, PhD, Diploma, and Certificate courses under various departments. Admission to these courses is offered on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. The entire process is online at the convenience of a click. Applicant needs to upload the documents, update the educational details & complete the payment.

What documents are required for applying migration certificate and in which format?

Transfer certificate, PRN Number/ Enrolment Letter, Latest mark sheet, passport size photograph. All the documents are to be uploaded in png, JPG, or pdf only. The file size should be 5MB. All documents have to be uploaded in original. In case of Photocopy/ Xerox copies being uploaded, Attestation is mandatory. Documents like a Bonafide Letter, Leaving Certificate and transfer Certificate should be issued within the last 6 months. (All the documents should have a college stamp and signature)

What is transfer certificate?

If the student decides to leave the institution, college, or school then a transfer certificate is prepared by the in-charge of the institution.
