A Bachelor of Arts (BA) graduate will be able to pursue a variety of higher education courses in sectors such as management, law, journalism and public communication, arts and humanities, and so on. Admission to BA programmes is determined by a combination of entrance exams and merit. Students must achieve the specified cut-off marks in order to be admitted on the basis of merit.

Aspirants must have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board.
Some colleges also specify that aspirants should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at the 10+2 level.

Step 1- Visit the official website of BAOU at baou.edu.in.
Step 2- From the homepage, Click on “Admission” and select “Apply Online.” Click on “New Admission” to proceed with the “Registration” Process.
Step 3- Enter the details and register, then proceed to upload the required documents, and pay the application fee.
Step 4- Submit the application form to complete the BAOU UG & PG Admission process.
Online Manipal University conducts exams in the online mode that are remotely proctored through their enhanced digital learning platform.
There will be three subjects i.e., the total marks will be 450. In the rest subjects you must have to pass i.e., getting 18+/50(if three papers) and 26+/75(if 2 papers).
A student pursuing a BA Hons. is likely to have 4 core and 2 elective subjects in their curriculum. However, a student studying general BA has the option to select all 6 subjects.
Each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed).
Generally, at the school level percentages of 75–85 are considered average while above 95 is exceptional. At the university level, However, percentages between 60–79 are considered excellent and are difficult to obtain.
